STAINLESS STEEL WIREMESH

We offer an extensive selection of wire cloths featuring a variety of aperture sizes and weave patterns. The texture ranges from smooth, soft, and flexible like silk to extremely rigid like a steel plate. These products are available in roll form, custom-cut circles.

Material : Stainless steel 201,304, 304L, 316, 316L, G.I.

Square Mesh / Fine Mesh

This is the most widely used weaving style, characterized by square-shaped openings. In this pattern, each weft wire alternately goes over and under each warp wire, and vice versa, with both wire diameters typically being the same. This results in an even mesh count across both directions. Plain weave meshes are offered with aperture sizes ranging from 10.7 mm (2 mesh) down to 0.05 mm (325 mesh), making them ideal for a broad range of general-purpose industrial and commercial uses.

Twill Weave (TW)

Twill weave allows the use of thicker wire diameters than the plain weave, enhancing strength, density, and corrosion resistance. In this pattern, each weft wire goes over two warp wires and then under two, forming a distinct diagonal design. The wire thickness is generally uniform in both directions. This weave is especially suitable when increased durability or tighter mesh construction is required.

Plain Dutch Weave (PDW)

This weave resembles the plain over-under pattern but differs by incorporating thicker warp wires and thinner shute (weft) wires, which are tightly packed. The result is a dense mesh with finer particle retention and reduced flow rate compared to standard square mesh. It's commonly used for precision filtration applications.

Twill Dutch Weave (TDW)

A combination of twill and Dutch weaving styles, this method involves each wire passing over two and under two wires, using a fine-diameter shute wire. This produces an even tighter weave and allows for ultra-fine filtration. It offers superior strength and precision in filtering very small particles, making it ideal for critical industrial filtration processes.
